Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Our team aims to reply to all messages sent to Enquiries@void-art.com within 24–48 hours.


If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make sure the issue is resolved quickly. Please email us with photos of the damage. You will not receive a refund however we will arrange a replacement item for you.
