Shipping Methods & Rates
Void ships worldwide. International orders are dispatched via DHL Express, while UK and regional orders may be shipped using trusted express courier partners. Original artworks are always shipped exclusively with DHL Express for maximum security and tracking accuracy.
Shipping rates do not include customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees unless stated otherwise. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Void covers shipping and import fees only for original artworks, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs for each item can be found within its product description.
Order Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all contact and delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase. Address changes can be made via the link in your order confirmation email before dispatch.
After your order has shipped, we are unable to amend the delivery address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for paying the standard shipping rate to have it resent.

Delivery timeframes begin from the moment the courier collects your order.
United Kingdom
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days
Europe, North America & Asia-Pacific
Estimated delivery: 5–25 business days
Rest of the World
Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
International Shipping — Important Information
Void does not ship to:
Ascension Island, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, various U.S. Minor Outlying Islands (including Baker Island, Palmyra Atoll, Midway Atoll, and others), and Western Sahara.
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs taxes when they arrive in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
If a customer does not respond to customs enquiries and the package is returned to Void, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.
If the customer chooses to return the order instead of reshipping, Void will issue a refund minus the original shipping fees.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at Enquiries@void-art.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.
